November 18, 2017--Today 99-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch held her new book, Shining Bright: Quotes and Images To Inspire Optimism, Gratitude & Belief In Your Limitless Potential, in her hands for the first time. The book was previewed at the Athleta store on 18th & 5th Avenue in Manhattan as part of the Women's Entrepreneurship Day events.
June 22, 2017 - After the Yoga Ratna Awards and International Day of Yoga events, 98-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch led a series of yoga classes in Bangalore sponsored by SHWAASA. I was delighted to assist and demonstrate along with our host Shwaasa Guru.
June 21, 2017 - In 2014, the United Nations proclaimed the 21st of June as the International Day of Yoga to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of the practice. In 2016, Tao and I participated in the International Day of Yoga activities at the UN on "Yoga and the Sustainable Development Goals." As a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and Tao's biographer, I was honored to moderate her conversation. Max Kennedy moderated the conversation with Sadhguru, and then Sadhguru and Tao took the stage together. This year, Tao is a key part of the festivities in Bangalore under the invitation of Shwaasa Guru Sri Vachananand Swamiji.

May 19, 2016--It was a perfect day for the Spring Luncheon at the beautiful Wainwright House in Rye, New York. 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch was one of the honorees for their annual fundraising event and I was delighted to accompany her. Wainwright House is the oldest non-profit, non-sectarian holistic learning center in the United States.
