May 19, 2016--It was a perfect day for the Spring Luncheon at the beautiful Wainwright House in Rye, New York. 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch was one of the honorees for their annual fundraising event and I was delighted to accompany her. Wainwright House is the oldest non-profit, non-sectarian holistic learning center in the United States.
May 10, 2016-- 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch can add another accolade to her name, “award-winning author,” demonstrating once again that it is never too late to realize your dreams. She graced the windy city of Chicago to receive a 2016 IPPY Award for her book, Dancing Light: The Spiritual Side of Being Through the Eyes of a Modern Yoga Master.
January 17, 2016--The inspirational and historical life of 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch as shared in her new autobiography, Dancing Light: The Spiritual Side of Being Through the Eyes of a Modern Yoga Master, can now be found at the White Plains Library in Westchester, New York.

On Saturday, November 22nd, 2014, 96-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch taught a workshop at the Integral Yoga Institute (IYI) in New York City. It was a packed house of over 60 people who were enthralled with Tao's special way of explaining core postures and energy dynamics.
