The incredible Tao Porchon-Lynch turned 100 on Monday, August 13, 2018 and birthday messages came in from around the world. Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest sent Tao a special shoutout from the set of Live with Kelly & Ryan. Tao was on the show in September 2017 and demonstrated some yoga moves. May 6, 2017 - Integral Yoga Institute (IYI) is where I originally trained as a yoga teacher and so it's always wonderful to be back there. The incredible 98-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch led a yoga workshop and at the end we did our Conversation with a Master talk.

July 9, 2016--97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch shared her teachings and wisdom once again at Integral Yoga Institute (IYI) in New York. She has taught there many times and it was wonderful to be back. IYI is my yoga home where I did my original training and where I met Tao so it was extra special. Tao taught yoga asana and then I was honored to moderate a Conversation with a Master talk.

On Saturday, November 22nd, 2014, 96-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch taught a workshop at the Integral Yoga Institute (IYI) in New York City. It was a packed house of over 60 people who were enthralled with Tao's special way of explaining core postures and energy dynamics.
