97-year-old Yoga Master Tao Porchon-Lynch Returns to Integral Yoga Institute in New York to Share her Wisdom
July 9, 2016–97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch shared her teachings and wisdom once again at Integral Yoga Institute (IYI) in New York. She has taught there many times and it was wonderful to be back. I did my original yoga training at IYI and it’s where I met Tao so it’s always extra special to be there with her. Tao taught yoga asana and then I was honored to moderate a Conversation with a Master talk. Below are pictures.
