June 12, 2016-- Two incredible teachers together in one place... it was divine! 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch hosted a workshop with one of her favorite people, acclaimed Ashtanga Yoga teacher David Swenson. He taught two back-to-back workshops at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Hartsdale, New York. Since he is one of the top teachers in the world, the sessions were packed as he shared his knowledge of Ashtanga, inversions and how to "fly."

The first book will be presented to Tao at her 97th Birthday Party on Sunday, August 9th with a few copies to flip through. About two weeks after that, we’ll receive the entire shipment.
