97-year-old Yoga Master Tao Porchon-Lynch Hosts Workshop with Acclaimed Ashtanga Yoga Teacher David Swenson
June 12, 2016– Two incredible teachers together in one place… it was divine! 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch hosted a workshop with one of her favorite people, acclaimed Ashtanga Yoga teacher David Swenson. He taught two back-to-back workshops at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Hartsdale, New York. Since he is one of the top teachers in the world, the sessions were packed as he shared his knowledge of Ashtanga, inversions and how to “fly.”
With humor and compassion, David makes you feel like anything is possible. It was very special to see Tao practicing alongside him and taking in his teachings demonstrating that a true master is always a student ready to learn! Below are pictures.
