Sponsorship Opportunities

Join us in making The Tao Experience happen and inspire your audience at the same time. 96-year-old Tao Porchon-Lynch epitomizes “timeless youth” and is inspiration for “travel adventures at any age.” She is an aspirational figure for all – particularly women – interested in health, longevity, spirituality and a fully-manifested life. For the Boomer/senior market, Tao shows the possibilities of crafting a vibrant and exciting life through their 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and beyond. Given her background, there are additional interest groups including yoga, dance, wine, fashion, Hollywood, veterans/WWII enthusiasts.

Categories

There are a variety of ways to get involved:

Presenting Sponsor(s) – Contribute funds for production and travel expenses (not covered by airline/hotel sponsors including food and incidentals).
Major Travel – Airline Sponsor (i.e. tickets) for domestic and international travel, Hotel Sponsor (i.e. hotel stays) with international reach, Car Service/Rental Sponsor in each region. There are also opportunities for corporate and/or individual sponsors for certain legs of the trip (e.g. sponsor for the India trip).
Local Travel and Tour Companies – In-country air travel and other necessary transportation, tours and accommodations not covered by our large sponsors.
In-Kind Sponsors – Water, wine, chocolate, tea, food and other items for events in each city.
Media Sponsors – Editorial exposure in media and donated paid media.
Book Donations – Be a sponsor for Dancing Light book donations to veterans organizations, senior/retirement centers, libraries, universities and high schools in cities we visit. Learn more about book donations.
Book Translations / Additional Formats – We want as many people as possible to benefit from Dancing Light. Therefore, we are looking to have the book translated in various languages such as French, Hindi, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese. We are also looking for sponsors to help us do audio and Braille versions.

Sponsor Benefits

All sponsors will be credited in relation to their contribution. Possibilities include:

Credit on the Documentary (e.g. Executive Producer, Associate Producer, Special Thank You)
Brand exposure at each event in each city
Logo placement and banner ads on The Tao Experience website
Logo placement and/or sponsor credit on specific content (e.g. Tao’s Postcards from the Road)
Custom video and image content for the sponsor’s media vehicles (e.g. in-flight magazine, in-hotel closed circuit TV network)
