The incredible Tao Porchon-Lynch turned 100 on Monday, August 13, 2018 and birthday messages came in from around the world. Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest sent Tao a special shoutout from the set of Live with Kelly & Ryan. Tao was on the show in September 2017 and demonstrated some yoga moves. Tao in Dubai: Day 3
February 19, 2016--Over 9,000 people participated in the opening yoga event for the XYoga Dubai Festival making it the biggest public yoga session in the Middle East. It showcased Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty and Indian yoga guru Suneel Singh. 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch offered a session on the big stage and I had the honor of demonstrating postures. As usual, everyone loved it and crowded around Tao for photo opportunities afterwards!

February 18, 2016--A perfect 72 degrees was the backdrop for our second full day in Dubai. With no scheduled events for the XYoga Dubai Festival, 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch and I got to experience one of the most extraordinary sites in the Emirates, Burj Khalifa.

February 17, 2016--The United Arab Emirates welcomed 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch for its inaugural XYoga Dubai Festival. In a sea of mats and upstretched arms, more than 9,000 people joined the opening yoga demonstration at Burj Park in Downtown Dubai for the biggest public yoga session in the Middle East.
