Tao at Yoga Jam in CT

July 22, 2016--The 4th annual Yoga Jam at Harbor Point in Stamford, CT featured a sea of yogis and other light bearers. In addition to soul-stirring yoga, the event featured dance, African drumming, shopping, and celebration of community to raise money for the Africa Yoga Project. 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch gave the opening remarks and meditation. At the end, I facilitated a Q&A with her.

Tao in Dubai: Day 4

February 20, 2016--The last full day in Dubai started off with 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch receiving another massage at the Nad Al Sheba Sports Complex. She then taught a yoga session for the XYoga Dubai Festival. Once again, I demonstrated the postures and then we shared our popular Conversation with a Master talk and slideshow. It was very well-received as it has been in other places around the world like Slovenia and Montenegro.
