October 17, 2016--People around the world are enjoying 98-year-old Tao Porchon-Lynch's award-winning autobiography, Dancing Light: The Spiritual Side of Being Through the Eyes of a Modern Yoga Master. On a mild Monday evening, Tao attended a Book Club at the home of Baiju Mehta in Scarsdale, NY. It was an intimate gathering to meet Tao and listen to some of her stories... and have delicious Indian food!!
June 21, 2016--To celebrate International Day of Yoga, after the activities the day before at the United Nations (see Day 1A and Day 1B), 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch taught a special yoga class at Athleta Scarsdale. It was packed as usual. Thank you to Sue Wald for hosting a wonderful event. In the afternoon, I attended the second day of programming with Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev.
