Tao Teaching at Harmony By Karate
On Thursday, January 15, 2015, 96-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch shared her wisdom and light with students at Harmony By Karate in New York located at the beautiful Equinox Sports Club. The school teaches its own form of karate called chowa-kai (lit. "harmony by karate"). Its founder, Sensei John P. Mirrione, also founded the National Stop Bullying Campaign in 2010.
