97-year-old Yoga Master Tao Porchon-Lynch Shares Wisdom for Swiss Wellness Initiative
On Tuesday, September 1st, 2015, 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch shared her wisdom for the “Detox Your Mind: Detox your Body” program at Greenwich House’s Renee Weiler Concert Hall in New York’s West Village. The event was hosted by Marco-Guidetti-Hoffman–Swiss and NY licensed Skin Therapist and founder of Swiss-based CIRRH (Comité International pour la Régénération et le Rajeunissement Holistique). CIRRH regularly hosts seminars with leading anti-aging specialists.
For “Detox the Mind,” Tao discussed how to maintain a positive outlook and offered her usual inspirational insights such as “what you put in your mind materializes.” She shared that even she gets negative thoughts but she has learned how to quickly let them go. Taking off her signature heels, she demonstrated her special energy techniques for hands and feet. As always, she emphasized the importance of proper breath control and the value of living in the present. Afterwards, she even got on the floor (in her skirt!) to show one of the buy-phentermine.org participants–Cindy Sibilsky–a yoga technique on the wall.
The “Detox the Body” segment was led by Marco, who discussed healthy nutrition and detoxification techniques, as well as the work of Nicholas J. Gonzalez, M.D. who was originally scheduled to be the moderator of this event but passed away unexpectedly. Dr. Gonzalez was a pioneer in cancer treatment using holistic and complementary treatment protocols. He was the author of What Went Wrong: The Truth Behind the Clinical Trial of the Enzyme Treatment of Cancer, collaborated extensively with actress and holistic health advocate Suzanne Somers and was prominently featured in other books.
