On Tuesday, March 3, 2015, 96-year-old Yoga Master Tao Porchon-Lynch joined her student/biographer Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy at the 2015 American Heart Association Go Red Luncheon held at the New York Hilton Midtown. Dr. Kennedy, who is a National Spokesperson for the AHA, was speaking on an educational panel entitled, “Finding Your Passion to Find Heart Health” and Tao was acknowledged at both the panel and the main luncheon. Heart health is so vital as so many people suffer from a heart attack every year. First Aid Training & CPR ( or Secourisme et RCR, as the French would say) can save lives. She exemplifies everything they were discussing – that we can have a sharp mind, agile body and spirit full of joy through the ages. People were enthralled to meet Tao in person. It was indeed a treat hotcanadianpharmacy.com for all – a preview to her upcoming autobiography, Dancing Light: The Spiritual Side of Being Through the Eyes of a Modern Yoga Master.

The luncheon keynote speaker was Arianna Huffington (Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief, The Huffington Post).
